Just as it is easy to buy designer furniture, a high-end built-in wardrobe isn't hard to come by and for a truly incredible bedroom design, it's an investment worth making. The secret is to choose some elements that really elevate not only the practicality but also the finished aesthetic of the installation.
It's not just a case of wanting to create some romantic mood lighting for bedroom spaces, which is what so many homeowners probably get hung up on, but there's so much more to bedroom lighting design than a little ambience. Due to the nature of a bedroom, people often forget that it has a defined and strategic purpose, which the lighting needs to support; recuperation.
Of course in order to achieve that, said table must be more than a simple square on four legs. It needs to bring in colour, pattern, texture, that je ne sais quoi that packs quite the style punch (while still helping out with storage).
While bedside lamps were once a staple in almost every bedroom, modern trends are seeing pendulum lights and clusters of bulbs, as seen here, really taking off in terms of popularity. Fitted either side of a bed, the visual impact is quite something.
