While central and main light fixtures aren't usually key bedroom mood lighting installations, it's not a good idea to negate a properly functional and practical installation, in the centre of the ceiling. It's interesting how some people prefer to keep this understated and simple, in favour of potentially more interesting elements elsewhere, while others go the whole hog and invest in crystal chandeliers or striking fixtures that resemble art pieces. Either way, as long as the lighting is bright, steady and helpful, there really isn't a wrong way to go about things.
Ask any interior designer and they will freely divulge that a bedroom that's free and clear of regular clutter and discarded clothing will not only look wonderful, but also create a sense of rest and relaxation that is so critical to any sleeping area, which is why built-in wardrobes are such a terrific installation. Though freestanding options can be utterly beguiling and charming, especially the more antique styles, they require a significant sacrifice of floor space, while built-in options offer a more streamlined and sleek finish. What's more, given the bespoke nature of built-in wardrobes, they can be made to fit absolutely any space and align with any design aesthetic.
