The bed is the central feature of a bedroom, but in the absence of a headboard, you can use bedside tables to frame it. To do this, opt for an arrangement of small artworks above the table to create a focal point, effectively framing the bed. This decorating trick also works well where there is only enough space for a small bedside table or two, or a large bedroom with minimal furniture.
It could be to save on floor space or for purely aesthetic reasons, but the fact remains that a lot of bedside tables are wall-mounted. Having them seemingly protrude out of the wall as seen here also ensures a clean, graceful look.
